Childbirth Education Tuesday Evening Series (3 weeks) - Start Date

A Tuesday evening series. Include 3 weeks of instruction. For expectant parents in their seventh month of pregnancy. In-depth instruction about labor and delivery, breathing techniques and relaxation. Cesarean birth, pain management and postpartum care are also discussed. Tour included. $60 per couple for those delivering at St Joseph. Fee is higher if not.

For ages 18 & up. Must not have been screened or had a DEXA scan in the past year. Involves ultrasound test of the heel bone and education. Appointments required, call 410.337.1479 to schedule. FREE
