Fresh Start is a FREE 6-week American Cancer Society (ACS) smoking cessation group for patients, their family, St. Joseph staff
members and the community. Utilizing behavior modification, cognitive behavioral therapy, deep relaxation/guided imagery, and
pharmaco-therapy, where appropriate; participants will develop a personalized quit plan and carry it out.

A Tuesday evening series. Include 3 weeks of instruction. For expectant parents in their seventh month of pregnancy. In-depth instruction about labor and delivery, breathing techniques and relaxation. Cesarean birth, pain management and postpartum care are also discussed. Tour included. $60 per couple for those delivering at St Joseph. Fee is higher if not.
